EMOTIONAL EATING RELIEF
A Collection of Heart-Centered Self-Hypnosis Sessions for Lasting Peace with Food
Welcome
I'm so glad you're here.
My hope is that this collection offers you more than relief from emotional eating and cravings. I hope it becomes a gentle companion—one that helps you reconnect with your body's wisdom, cultivate greater self-trust, and discover a deeper sense of calm, comfort, and enoughness.
Below you'll find your five guided sessions, along with your downloadable Companion Guide. Together, they were thoughtfully designed to support you as you cultivate a more peaceful relationship with food, your body, and yourself.
Please listen in a quiet place where you can relax safely. Never listen while driving or doing anything that requires your full attention.
Whenever you're ready, take a slow, deep breath... and simply press play.
Lauren Archer
Hypnotherapist, Mindfulness Teacher and HeartMath® Coach
This collection offers self-hypnosis, mindfulness, and HeartMath-based tools to support you in changing your relationship with food. It is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care.
Your Companion Guide
Included with your collection is a companion guide — yours to download, save, and return to alongside your listening sessions.
Inside you'll find brief introductions to each session, thoughtful reflection questions, and a place to journal as you cultivate greater awareness, self-trust, and lasting peace with food.
How to Use Your Collection
You're welcome to start anywhere and listen in whatever order feels right. If you'd like a suggested sequence, here's one approach:
Let Go of Anxious Patterns — Settle your nervous system and cultivate a greater sense of inner calm.
Craving Relief— Meet cravings with awareness, creating space for choice and self-trust.
Stop Emotional Eating at Night — Gently explore the deeper emotional patterns beneath nighttime eating with compassion and understanding. This is the deepest, most tender session of this collection – where you meet the hidden part of yourself that turns to food for comfort, and offer it kindness instead of criticism.
The Fullness Within — Reconnect with your body's natural wisdom and cultivate a lasting sense of satisfaction and enoughness.
Stop Craving Sugar & Carbs — Support the physiological side of change by reducing cravings and making healthier choices feel more natural.
Let Go of Anxious Patterns
A Heart-Centered Session for Calm & Clarity
Before working with food, cravings, or old habits, this session invites you to come home to yourself — settling the nervous system, quieting the thinking mind, and discovering the calm intelligence that lives in your own heart.
After you listen
A few reflections to deepen the experience:
What did you notice in your body during or after this session?
Was there a moment when something shifted, even slightly? What did that feel like?
What would it mean for your evenings if this feeling became more familiar?
Craving Relief
A Mindfulness Session for Dissolving Urges Naturally
A craving is not a command. This session teaches you one of the most liberating skills available — how to meet a craving with calm awareness and watch it pass, like a wave rising and falling on its own.
After you listen
A few reflections to deepen the experience:
What did it feel like to observe a craving rather than react to it?
Was there a moment when the urge began to soften or shift? What did you notice?
What becomes possible when you realize you have space between the craving and your response?
Stop Emotional Eating at Night
A Heart-Centered Session for Evening Peace
This is the most tender session in the collection. It doesn't fight the pattern — it meets the part of you that created it, with kindness and recognition. Give yourself a little extra space around this one.
After you listen
A few reflections to deepen the experience:
What was it like to turn toward this part of yourself with kindness rather than judgment?
Did anything shift in your body during the session — a softening, a sense of space, a release?
What does it mean to you to meet this pattern with compassion rather than condemnation?
As you move into your evenings from here, what feels even subtly different?
The Fullness Within
An Awareness Practice for Satisfaction & Inner Peace
Most of us have spent years overriding the body's own signals of hunger and satisfaction. This session is an invitation to reconnect — rediscovering your body's natural sense of enough, physically and emotionally.
Note: this session is presented without background music — allowing you to stay more actively present and engaged with your inner experience as you explore your body's signals.
After you listen
A few reflections to deepen the experience:
What did you discover when you sensed your inner levels of emptiness and fullness? Did anything surprise you?
Were you able to find a level of emptiness that felt comfortable — even pleasurable? What did that feel like?
What number felt like your optimal fullness — that place of genuine satisfaction where nothing more was needed?
Is there anything you'd like to anchor from this experience so you can find your way back to it?
Stop Craving Sugar & Carbs
A Journey to Transform Your Relationship with Food
Sugar and simple carbohydrates trigger a genuine physiological loop -- the more you eat, the more you crave. The good news is, the less you eat, the less you crave. This session helps you shift your associations — reducing your desire for sweets and deliberately increasing your appreciation for healthy, high-nutrient dense foods so you can break free of the craving cycle.
After you listen
A few reflections to deepen the experience:
Did you notice any shift in how certain foods feel to you — even subtly?
What did it feel like to observe old patterns from a distance rather than from inside them?
What might change in your daily life as your relationship with these foods continues to shift?
Thank you for being here.
This collection is yours to keep. Listen to the program(s) that resonate for you at any given time. Each time you listen, the work deepens. And if something in this experience has opened a door you'd like to walk through more fully — I'd love to hear from you.
A Few Thoughts on Listening
These sessions work best when your nervous system is already beginning to wind down — the twenty minutes before sleep is a particularly receptive window, when the conscious mind naturally softens and the deeper mind becomes more open.
That said, any moment of vulnerability or triggering can be a doorway. Before dinner. After dinner. That restless hour when old patterns tend to call. Whenever you notice the pull — that's often exactly the right moment to press play instead.
There's no prescribed schedule here. A few times a week is plenty. What matters more than frequency is intention — returning because you feel called, not because you feel you should.
And please — I'd genuinely love to hear how this is landing for you. What you're noticing, what's shifting, what surprised you. You can reach me directly here, or if you feel moved to share more publicly, a Google Review is always deeply appreciated.
Your experience matters — and it may be exactly what someone else needs to hear.
Thank you again, and wishing you calm, satisfaction, and fulfillment…
— Lauren Archer
