Why I Created This for You

Hi, I’m Lauren Archer — a mindfulness trainer, hypnotherapist, and HeartMath coach. I’ve spent decades helping people reconnect with their inner clarity, regulate their energy, and return to a state of empowered calm.

This 7-day journey is a distillation of the practices and principles I’ve used with private clients for years — people who invest hundreds of dollars for personalized support. I created this experience to make that same depth of care more widely available, in a format that’s easy, accessible, and truly transformational.
