“Imagine Your Way Forward”

Today’s Principle

Imagination is Your Inner Superpower.
Whether you realize it or not, you're always visualizing something. In fact, every time you worry, you’re imagining something — but in a direction that drains your energy.

Today, you’ll practice using your imagination in a new way: to connect with how you want to feel, and with the greater possibility of who you’re becoming.

This isn't about visualizing a specific goal or outcome. It's about embodying an energetic blueprint — a version of you that already exists within you — calm, clear, and aligned.

To elevate our energy, we lift our imagination away from visions of worry and fear, and direct the movies in our mind to focus on calm, confidence, ease and well being.

Today’s Hypothesis

“When I intentionally imagine myself in alignment — emotionally, energetically, and mentally — I create a map my nervous system can follow.”

Even a few quiet moments with your inner vision can reveal powerful new possibilities.

Today’s Experiment: IMAGINE YOUR WAY FORWARD

Find a quiet moment today to pause, close your eyes, and visualize:

  • A space where you feel safe, clear, and connected

  • A future version of you — grounded, confident, and aligned

  • Imagine your posture, your breathing, and how it feels to carry yourself with ease and flow.

  • Let those images, sounds, and feelings create a “mental map” of your future self at your best.

No pressure to “get it right.” Just play with what arises. This isn’t about forcing an answer — it’s about making space to imagine differently.

Extra Credit: Just like in the last experiment, we worked with rephrasing our words, today, we’ll work with changing the channel on the movie of your mind.

When you catch your mind repeating scenes about worries, fears, or criticisms, practice stopping the movie and redirecting your focus.
