Questions to Ask Before Setting Your Intentions

Asking positive questions invokes positive possibilities.

When setting intentions, we often find ourselves caught in the pursuit of external outcomes, focusing on what we need to ‘do’ or ‘not do’ and chasing things we want to 'have.' What if we changed this paradigm?

As in the image above, picture three concentric circles, each holding a pivotal word: "BE" in the innermost circle, "DO" in the middle, and "HAVE" in the outermost. This graphic is a profound representation of the law of attraction in action.

At its core lies the notion of 'being.' To design a life that resonates deeply, success isn’t measured by the external possessions we acquire or the achievements we strive for, but rather, a reflection of who we are being in the world. This inner circle symbolizes our essence, our values, our character—it's the nucleus from which our actions emerge.

As we move outward to the 'DO' circle, we can see how doing is a natural progression—our actions and behaviors stem from our core 'being.' The things we do in our daily lives, the choices we make and the habits we establish, are a direct reflection of our inner state.

Finally, the 'HAVE' circle, the outermost layer, signifies the outcomes, possessions, and results that manifest from aligning our 'being' and 'doing.' When we authentically embody our values and act in accordance with them, the external 'haves' naturally fall into place.

This paradigm shift—starting with 'being'—empowers us to set intentions rooted in authenticity, purpose, and alignment. Join me on this journey as we explore the power of 'being' to shape our 'doing' and ultimately, our 'having' in the year ahead.
