What Working Together Looks Like

All sessions are 90 minutes and held privately via Zoom. We start by deeply understanding your current challenges, what you’ve already tried, and the specific life you want to create. From there, we use a blend of approaches tailored specifically to you.

Depending on your needs, that may include Clinical Hypnosis, HeartMath Coherence Techniques, Mindfulness and Self-Regulation Tools, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) processes, Somatic Awareness, Guided Imagery, Emotional Processing and Pattern Change Work.

Because your path is truly unique, no two sessions are exactly alike. My role is help you uncover hidden patterns beneath the surface, and then, working alongside you, co-creating the conditions for lasting change.

A Personalized Recording After Every Session

One of the things that makes my work different is what happens after the session.

Within 48 hours, you'll receive a custom hypnotic recording created specifically for you — built from the language, insights, and shifts that emerged during our time together. This isn't a generic relaxation track. It's designed to continue working at the level where we did the session itself: beneath conscious awareness, where patterns actually live.

Most clients listen repeatedly — before sleep, during quiet moments, whenever they want to return to that state of receptivity. Many tell me they notice something new each time, as though the recording meets them wherever they are in the process. The changes that begin in our session deepen with each listen.

This recording is yours to keep, providing ongoing support long after our work together is complete.

Meet Lauren Archer

I've spent more than 30 years doing this work — first in-person in the Seattle area, now via Zoom with clients across the United States and internationally.

My training spans clinical hypnotherapy, HeartMath coaching, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), mindfulness, cognitive behavior coaching, and somatic practice. But what I bring to a session isn't a method — it's a way of listening that locates what's actually in the way, and a precision in the work that creates change at the level where it sticks.

I’ve taught in medical clinics and healthcare programs. I've trained with some of the best practitioners in the world. I've sat with hundreds of clients through grief, fear, chronic pain, identity loss, creative blocks, and the particular exhaustion of people who have tried everything and almost given up.

What I know after all of it is this: When we work with subconscious patterns directly—and compassionately—change often happens more quickly than people expect.
