What Years of Clinical Work Taught Me

Frequently Asked Questions
Are these hypnosis sessions or guided meditations?
They're genuinely both — and something more. Each session blends clinical hypnotherapy, somatic awareness, and mindfulness practice into a single guided experience. You'll be led into a deeply relaxed, receptive state while specific suggestions work gently beneath conscious awareness to shift the patterns that drive emotional eating. No prior experience with either hypnosis or meditation is needed. If you can lie down and follow a voice, you can do this.
Do I need any experience with hypnosis or meditation?
None at all. These sessions are designed to be accessible to complete beginners. You don't need to know how to meditate, how to be hypnotized, or how to relax on command. Simply find a comfortable position, close your eyes, and follow the sound of Lauren's voice. The experience will guide you the rest of the way.
How long are the sessions?
Each session is between 18 and 30 minutes. Long enough to create a genuine shift, short enough to fit into an evening without disrupting your routine. These sessions are designed to be experienced lying down or seated in a safe, comfortable space. Please do not listen while driving.
Can I listen to the same session more than once?
