Welcome to VIVATUDE!
We’re thrilled you’re here. VIVATUDE is a podcast and video series dedicated to soulful, science-informed conversations that reconnect us with what matters most.
We explore emotional vitality, spiritual insight, energetic alignment, and heart-centered wisdom for women 40+, especially those navigating caregiving, reinvention, and deep personal growth.
As a guest, you’re not just sharing your expertise. You’re offering medicine for the soul.
About the Show
VIVATUDE is part of a nationally syndicated video podcast series. You’re invited to the segment on Emotional and Spiritual Wellness which is hosted by Lauren Archer, a hypnotherapist, HeartMath coach, and mindfulness trainer. Our intention is to blend grounded science with soul-rich conversation to uplift, inspire, and empower.
Episodes are distributed in both video and audio formats, so you’ll have an opportunity to reach new audiences across platforms.
“VIVATUDE dares to ask what it means to feel fully alive—and invites each guest to answer with the truth only they can tell.”
