The projects gathered here span more than three decades of work that has been, in every case, an expression of the same core belief: that people are capable of far more than they realize, and that the right support at the right moment can change everything.
Some of these chapters are complete. Others quietly continue in the work I do today. All of them shaped the practitioner, the teacher, and the creator I've become — and I'm grateful for every one.

Heart Wisdom Events
For over 30 years, I have hosted and facilitated women’s groups, consciousness raising groups, classes, workshops, retreats, and ceremonial circles.
Eastside Women in Business
I served on the board of this all-volunteer service organization whose mission was to connect and empower women in the Puget Sound region. We hosted between one and three local group events every month for over seven years.
Mindfulness Based Health Education
Presented educational symposiums, keynote presentations, and classes for schools, professional organizations, and clinics. Contracted with the Evergreen Health Community Education department from 2005 - 2010. Presented at the Evergreen Health Diabetes Forum in 2012 and 2013, and at Sound Sleep Health from 2013 - 2016.
Local Wellness Industry Leadership
I produced, facilitated, and led annual symposiums at Evergreen Health in Kirkland, Washington, in partnership with the National Guild of Hypnotists, Washington State Chapter.
Positive Central Self-Help Audio Series
Back in the day when people still used CDs, I wrote, recorded, and produced a series of self-help programs (for adults and children), and created original music for all but one of the soundtracks. Many of these programs are now available on my YouTube channel.

Motivation Media
I had the privilege to work on the production team in Glenview, Illinois from 1984 to 1991. We took projects from conception to completion, from the design and production of all media (audio, video, presentation slides), to the on-site execution of large live events (projection, screens, lighting, sound, and staging). We produced national sales meetings for Fortune 500 companies including Kraft General Foods, Household Bank (now HSBC), Baxter Healthcare, Cobra Electronics, and Shure.
